Be Holy as I am Holy

As this weeks guest speaker, Jason Dalton explores what it means to be Holy, why God’s people are called to Holiness, and how it may be achieved. Jason goes on to explain how our quest for practical Holiness starts with Jesus and continues every step of the way by Jesus’ strength.  Finally, Jason wraps up his sermon with a short summary and closes in prayer.

Ill Sought Glory

Walter takes a detour from the book of Judges to show us how we are painfully inconsistent and how it relates to this concept of glory. He explores the definition of glory as it relates to people and God and then goes on to explain the biblical diagnosis of our Glory disorder and the prescription for it found in Christ alone.

Deborah and Barak

From the book of Judges chapter 4, the story of Deborah and Barak (and Jael) demonstrates God’s compassionate, sovereign love for his people. NOTE: Due to technical difficulties, the first two minutes of the recording are distorted, though still audible.

Ehud

From Judges 3:12-30, the story of Ehud is part 3 of our series called Trying to Stand in a Fallen World. WARNING: it’s one of the grossest stories in the Bible — but not without an ultimately redeeming message.
